Pharmacokinetics. Hyaluronic acid is efficiently metabolized in the body is rapidly excreted from the bloodstream and is rapidly destroyed in the liver. Metabolites are excreted mainly in urine. INDICATIONS: traumatic and degenerative lesions of joints: osteoarthritis of knee and hip or shoulder joint with vipotom into the joint or without him, as well as traumatic injuries of the joints in violation of the integrity of cartilage.
Application: Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults and children over the age of 15 years, appointed to 2 ml Hyalgan Injections (20 mg) by intra-articular injection of 1 times a week for 5 weeks. Allowed the simultaneous treatment of 2 joints. The total dose is 6-10 injections.
Contraindications: Individual hypersensitivity to the drug, a history of allergy to the protein in poultry.
